Ingredients
120g sugar
3tbsp golden syrup
175g vegan butter
350g porridge oats
120g Mortimer Chocolate Powder (melted and set)
25g Mortimer Chocolate White Couverture Powder
Method
- In a pan, melt the butter, sugar, golden syrup and Mortimer Chocolate White Couverture Powder
- Take your pan off the heat and add the oats
- Mix until well combined
- Chop up your Mortimer Chocolate set chocolate into chocolate chips
- Stir the chocolate chips into the oats
- Put the mixture into a lined baking tray and put in the oven at 180oC for 20-25 minutes
- Once out of the oven, cut the flapjack into squares before it cools
- Allow to cool in the pan and then drizzle melted White Couverture Powder and Chocolate Powder over the flapjack
- Serve and enjoy!
