This is a very rich chocolate drink, best served in espresso cups.
As the drink cools it thickens, making it ideal for dipping.

Ingredients
100g Mortimer Dark Chocolate Powder
200ml water
Method
Heat the water in a pan until it starts to simmer
Add the chocolate powder and whisk until thick
Serve in small espresso cups.

Serve this with the traditional Spanish doughnut, Churros.
