Use this to decorate my Fancy Chocolate Fairy Cakes.
Ingredients
50g Mortimer White Chocolate Couverture
50g butter
100g icing sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Method
Melt the couverture in a small bowl, set over a pan of barely simmering water.
In a large bowl, beat the butter until soft, then sieve in the icing sugar, add the milk and melted couverture.
Beat together until combined and smooth.
Spread over the fairy cakes and decorate.
Cooks Tips
If you prefer use Dark Chocolate Powder, in place of the Couverture, for chocolate icing.
